• Referee will contact Umpire the Day Before each Contest
• If Umpire is not contacted he/she will contract Referee, and report incident to Assignor.
• Both the Referee and Umpire will contact the School the Day before the Game.
• If Weather is an issue, also contact the school one-hour prior to departing for the game.
• Do not accept re-assignments from the other officials , School’s Coaches or Athletic Directors, . Instruct them to contact the Assignor.
• If there are any changes they must go through the Assignor.
• Priorities - If you are scheduled on a Varsity or JV game they take precedence over freshman and Junior League Games.
• Be careful turning back games! This may work against you later in the year.
• If Assignor contacts you, and you are available, you must accept assignment.
